Return & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Customers may request to cancel an order prior to the issuance of a tracking number.
1.2 Once a tracking number has been issued and the order has entered the shipping process, cancellation is no longer permitted.
1.3 Should the customer insist on canceling an order after shipment, a USD $30 roundtrip logistics and handling fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
2. Returns
2.1 Return Window
Because our products are shipped through international logistics and transit times may vary significantly, the return window is 15 calendar days from the date of delivery, as verified by the carrier’s tracking records.
2.2 Return requests submitted after the 15day delivery window are not eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.
2.3 If the order has departed from our warehouse, entered customs, or is in transit at the time a return request is submitted, a USD $30 roundtrip shipping fee will apply.
2.4 Product images displayed on the website may differ from actual products due to lighting, display settings, or photography conditions.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges these minor variations.
Returns, refunds, or complaints based solely on such discrepancies will not be accepted.
2.5 Returned merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and materials. Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval.
2.6 Customers must provide the following when requesting a return:
· Clear photos of the shipping box (including shipping label)
· Clear photos of the received item
· Proof of purchase or order confirmation
3. NonReturnable Items
The following items are strictly nonreturnable:
· Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
· Newspapers or magazines
· Intimate or sanitary products
· Hazardous materials
· Flammable liquids or gases
· Gift cards
· Downloadable software
· Certain health and personal care items
4. Documentation Requirements
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return.
Customers must not send products back to the manufacturer unless instructed.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
· Books with clear signs of use
· Opened media products (CDs, DVDs, software, video games, vinyl records, etc.)
· Items not in original condition or missing parts due to customerrelated damage
· Items returned after 10 days but approved under special circumstances
6. Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item:
· Customers will be notified regarding approval or rejection
· Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within standard processing timeframes determined by the payment provider
7. Sale Items
Only regularpriced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or promotional items are nonrefundable.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted only for defective or damaged products.
Customers must contact us for authorization before sending an item for exchange.
9. Return Shipping
9.1 Customers must contact customer service to obtain the official return address prior to shipping any item back.
9.2 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; such costs are nonrefundable.
9.3 If a refund applies, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
9.4 For items valued over USD $75, customers are strongly advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
We assume no liability for lost return shipments.
10. Gifts
10.1 If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return.
10.2 If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
